This blog is about poetry, fiction, writing, and mental health, as well as poetry, fiction, and writing where the topic is about mental health. I'll be sharing my own poetry as well as poetry from known and not so well known poets. Plus, I'll be sharing my mental health story because when you're in the hells of a mental health crisis, knowing that someone else has gone through what you're going through can help you feel less alone.
